This virtual meeting will convene Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) members, hospital leaders, quality professionals, patient experience teams, and healthcare stakeholders for an interactive discussion focused on patient- and family-centered care initiatives across New Jersey. Participants will have the opportunity to share updates, discuss challenges and successes, explore engagement strategies, and collaborate on opportunities to strengthen the patient and family voice within healthcare systems. The session is designed to support networking, shared learning, and ongoing collaboration among organizations engaged in PFAC and quality improvement work.
