This workshop is designed to address the growing need for healthcare providers to engage in self-care practices in order to maintain their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Given the demanding nature of their work, health care providers often face high levels of stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue.This workshop will introduce self-care strategies, provide practical tools, and encourage participants to incorporate self-care into their daily routines to improve their overall well-being and work performance.
At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Understand the Importance of Self-Care: Participants will understand the critical role self-care plays in sustaining their mental and emotional well-being, reducing burnout, and improving overall job performance.
- Identify Symptoms of Burnout: Participants will be able to recognize the signs of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment associated with burnout.
- Implement Practical Self-Care Strategies: Participants will leave with at least three practical and personalized self-care practices that can be easily incorporated into their busy schedules.
